RIALTI,with more than thirty years of experience, has established itself as market leader in the European polypropylene compounds industry for injection moulding and extrusion. Compounding is the process by which a particular characteristic is given to a polymer to suit the required application.
Choosing only to process polypropylene has led to strong and robust growth over the years and we have become highly specialized thereby enabling us to meet our customers’ requirements effectively.
RIALTI, historical producer of Polypropylene Compounds in the area of Varese, Italy, is finalising the installation of its 4th extrusion line with an output of 3,5 Tons per hour, dedicated to the production of PP Compounds glass fiber reinforced.
Part of a 15 million euro investment plan for years 2015-2020, the recently installed line will allow an increase of the annual production capacity of glass fiber reinforced, mixed charges and mineral filled compounds.
This is only the last step of a long innovation journey, which has brought to a complete transformation of the production site into a far more valuable industrial area.
RIALTI’s strengths are high quality technical compounds, both on regenerated or virgin PP bases, employed in several markets like the automotive industry, which has caused the company’s rapid growth.
Since November 2023, RIALTI is a member of the Borealis Group, headquartered in Vienna, Austria.
